No Bake Coconut Pie

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz.cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 cup coconut flakes 1 tub (8 oz.) whipped topping, thawed 1/2 tsp. almond extract 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust pie shell (9-inch)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add milk, beating well after each addition. Add coconut, whipped topping, and extract; stir gently until blended. Spoon into crust. Freeze for four hours or until firm. Let the pie stand at room temperature 15 minutes before cutting into pieces to serve.

Prep time 10-15 minutes. Serves 6-8.
